No, this hasn't to do with "IOR encoding understanding".

I am on Windows XP with JacORB 2.3. I didn't new, but I expected that it will look in network configuration.

Again, simply, when I invoke jaco Server ior.txt I would like that server write my IP address (for communicating it from outside) in ior.txt file.
Anyway, how to use OAIAddr?
