I'm fine with just moving the dependency from JacORB.

I can leave the Ant dependency with the IDL compiler.  It just also seemed like
a pretty hefty dependency for the sake of a single class.

Perhaps you could scope the dependency as Provided?  It is then available at
compile time and since the task would be run with Ant, the user would have the
necessary classes for execution.
