I have a developer who has forked JacORB and is working on moving the
dependency to the jacorb-idl-compiler.  We'd be willing to work with you
pulling the fix into the next release or we can push it to wherever you want
it.

We may be able to go as far as splitting out the JacIDL Ant task from the
jacorb-idl-compiler into a new Ant task module if you are open to this.  Please
let me know.  That would cut a huge dependency from both modules and put it
exactly where it is required.
