Can you clarify what is running where?

I suggest you start with a very simple JacORB hello demo - try getting the
client running on android and server on linux and vice versa.

I am still seeing the javax.rmi issue in your trace - I don't know if that will
prevent the CDRStream class from loading which could cause problems.

With the server side exception you have below - have you tried enabling debug
logging on the server ?
