After the installation of jacorb 3.0 (on Winodws XP and 7 platforms), I started
the Name Service by means of ns.bat, then I launched the NameManager utility by
means of nmg.bat.
The window shows an empty RootContext.
I created (Edit --> BindNewContext) a new context, JackSpace.
The window never showed it.
After a long time, I exited and then I started the utility: this time it showed
the right context tree.
It seems there's some refreshing problem concerning the GUI: in fact, even if
the window doesn't show it, I can't create another context with the same name,
the utility correctly notifies me that the context already exists.
