<html><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html charset=utf-8"></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space;" class=""><div class=""><i class="">(English below)</i></div><div class=""><br class=""></div>Liebe Mitglieder des Internationalen Clubs, liebe Gäste unserer heutigen Weihnachtsfeier,<div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">soeben sind die letzten von euch von unserer Weihnachtsfeier gegangen. Diese musste leider aufgrund einiger unschöner Vorkommnisse verhältnismäßig früh enden. Der Internationale Club ist eine studentische Initiative, die voll und ganz auf ehrenamtlicher Basis basiert. Dementsprechend sind es wir - Studierende wie ihr - die für das, was im Rahmen von Veranstaltungen des Internationalen Clubs passiert, verantwortlich sind. Die heutige Weihnachtsfeier war mit viel Vorbereitung und auch einem nennenswerten finanziellen Aufwand verbunden. Umso trauriger und enttäuschter sind wir darüber, dass heute Abend unter anderem folgende Dinge passiert sind: </div><div class="">- zwei von unseren heutigen Gästen haben versucht, Getränkeflaschen in ihren Rucksäcken zu verstecken und zu entwenden</div><div class="">- der noch nicht fertige Zugang zu unserem Haus, wurde ziemlich zertrampelt (das Tor war deshalb geschlossen und die große Auffahrt weit geöffnet)</div><div class="">- die von uns fürs Team zum Verkleiden gekauften Weihnachtsmützen sind bis auf eine einzige alle verschwunden</div><div class="">- der Zustand der Toilette im Erdgeschoss ist eklig</div><div class="">- als Abschluss des Abends fanden es einige von euch wohl amüsant, in unseren Vorgarten zu urinieren</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Für uns bedeuten diese Vorkommnisse, dass wir nicht wissen, ob wir solche Veranstaltungen in der Zukunft noch stattfinden lassen möchten bzw. dürfen. Der Internationale Club darf FU-Eigentum nutzen und ist dementsprechend der Hochschule gegenüber verpflichtet, sicherzugehen, dass unsere Veranstaltungen gesittet ablaufen.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Wir entschuldigen uns bei all jenen Mitgliedern und heutigen Gästen, die stets bemüht sind, aktiv zum Gelingen des Clublebens beizutragen und heute einen gemütlichen Abend verbringen wollten. Diese Mail richtet sich dementsprechend nur an eine kleine unbekannte Gruppe an Personen.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Beste Grüße</div><div class="">Das Team des Internationalen Clubs</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">---</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Dear Members of the International Club, dear guests of our tonight’s Christmas party,</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Just now, the last guests of tonight’s Christmas party left. Unfortunately the party had to end quite early tonight, because a few very inappropriate things happened. The International Club is a student initiative, which is fully based on volunteers. Therefore it’s us - students just like you - who are responsible for whatever happens in the context of events of the club. Tonight’s Christmas party caused the team of the club quite a lot of preparation and also a noteworthy amount of money. Therefore it is very disappointing to us, that the following things happened tonight:</div><div class="">- two of our guests tried to hide bottles in their backpack and take them with them</div><div class="">- people walked on the unfinished path to our house (the small gate was closed on purpose while the big gate was widely open)</div><div class="">- people took the Christmas hats that were bought for the team to dress up</div><div class="">- the condition of the bathroom on the ground floor is disgusting</div><div class="">- last but not least a few of our guests thought it would be funny to pee in our front yard before they left</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Tonight’s incidents mean that we don’t know if we’ll be able to and allowed to host an event like this again. The FU, generously, allows the International Club to use its property. Therefore, they expect us to behave respectfully and leave the place as orderly as we found it. This was clearly not the case tonight. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">We know that the majority of you always wants to contribute to the club-life so our mail only aims at a small group of people.
