[Fli4l_dev] c3surf funktioniert nicht mehr

habe das mal schnell durchlaufen lassen und die Fehlermeldung in diesem 
Abschnitt wiedergefunden:

Das bezieht sich imho eindeutig auf die Spracheinstellungen in c3surf, 
die bei mir so aussehen:

C3SURF_PORTAL_DEFAULT_LANG='de'
C3SURF_PORTAL_LANGUAGES='de'

Da kann ich hier keinen Fehler erkennen kann, dürfte das Problem 
tatsächlich im Check-Skript zu finden sein.
