I did a little research, in my opinion rt2800pci should be the driver
for a rt2880* … however I could find no hint on this version being
support in later kernels only, but it was just some quick grepping in
the kernel source.

Is you card listed with `lspci` or `lspci -k`?

Is the 'rt2800pci' kernel module loaded? Do you see it with `lsmod`?

What does dmesg show, when you try to load that thing with modprobe or
insmod?

I had some 802.11n cards working with fli4l already, but that was
completely different hardware with other drivers.

At least something.
